We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your item or feel it hasn’t performed as expected, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of your order, provided items are returned in their original packaging and in a sellable condition; returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

Before starting your return, please read the information below. You can then begin your return using our Royal Mail portal.

Option 1: Return via Royal Mail (Recommended)

  1. Visit the returns portal (link above).
  2. Enter: Order number, Reason for return, Email address & Name and address
  3. Follow the instructions to generate your return label or QR code.
  4. Pack your item(s) securely.
  5. Attach the label (or present the QR code at the Post Office).
  6. Drop your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or drop-off point.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in line with our policy.

Important:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order date.
  • Please ensure items are securely packaged and, where possible, in original packaging.

Option 2: Return Using Your Own Courier

If you prefer to use your own courier:

  1. Email info@envii.co.uk to request return authorisation.
  2. Wait for approval before sending your item.
  3. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.

Include inside your parcel:

  • Your order details (name and order reference)
  • A reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when using your own courier.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Return Charges

  • Once approved, returns are free of charge.
  • Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

  • We will inspect the returned product.
  • You will be notified via email within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days of confirmation.
