Shipping & Delivery
Once you place an order through our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation email as well as regular email updates about your order status.
You can always log in to your envii account and view your orders and their associated statuses and tracking number.
If you have the Shop app, you can also track your order status in the app.
We offer free shipping as standard on all orders being delivered to an address within the UK.
We also offer a Next Working Day Delivery service at £3.95 and a Next Working Day Pre Noon Delivery Service at £8.95.
Unless you select an express delivery service, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please check the tracking information contained in your order notifications (email/SMS) for further updates.
Providing we receive orders before 3pm, they will be shipped the same working day. For orders received after 3pm, they will be shipped the next working day.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact info@envii.co.uk Be sure to change or cancel your order before it has shipped.
It happens sometimes, we're only human! But don't panic, contact the team at info@envii.co.uk and they will ensure the right item(s) is sent out immediately.
We're sorry to hear that! If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support team and we’ll work quickly to resolve the situation.
For the latest updates on your order, please refer to the tracking link provided in your order confirmation via email or SMS.
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, however if your order hasn’t arrived by then, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
If there is something wrong with your order and you wish to return, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to help.
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
While refunds are issued immediately, please allow up to 5 working days for card payments to appear in your account. PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to clear.
We're sorry to hear that! Send our team an email at info@envii.co.uk with photos of the damage and they will take care of you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We accept the following payment methods; American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa.
Sign up and subscribe to our mailing list to receive 10% off your first online order. You can apply your discount code before checkout.
If the code isn’t working, please ensure it’s still valid, that the items in your cart are eligible and that you’ve met any minimum spend requirements. Please note that discounts may exclude sale items.
You can access your order invoice through your online account, alternatively please contact our team at info@envii.co.uk with your order number to request an invoice.
If your payment was declined, please double check that your payment details are entered correctly, your payment method has sufficient funds or credit available, and your bank hasn’t blocked the transaction for security reasons.
If everything seems correct and the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or trying an alternative payment method.
