It does seem to have done anything
"It does seem to have done anything. Used 1 tablet in sink as instructed plus two tablets direct to liquids tank. Also used the Septic Klear product (1 via toilet and 2 in the solids tank). I wasn't expecting it to do much as I suspect the ground around our ancient brick tank is clogged with FOG, along with saturated soil from the wet weather. I'd hoped to see some improvement but the liquid tank is still not dispersing quickly enough, so waste of money."
