What do aquarium water quality treatments do?

Fish tank water quality treatments improve aquarium water conditions to create a much safer living environment for aquatic life. 

Here at Envii, we currently offer two aquarium water quality treatments: 

• Our aquarium water stabiliser (Aquarium Equaliser) works to buffer the key parameters in your water, including pH, KH & GH. It also removes toxic ammonia and heavy metals from the tank which can seriously harm your fish.
• Our de-chlorinator (Aquarium Chlorine Klear) enhances aquarium water conditions by actively removing chlorine, which can have a huge impact on fish health.

When do I need to apply aquarium water quality treatments?

This completely depends on the aquarium water quality treatment required, as our pH stabiliser and dechlorinator are applied differently.

The Envii Aquarium Equaliser should be added once every four weeks to balance key water parameters, whereas the Envii Aquarium Chlorine Klear should be applied every time you add new tap water to remove the harmful chemicals.

Are Envii water quality treatments safe for fish?

Incredibly so! Our Envii water quality treatments are entirely safe for fish and aquatic life – they actually work to make your aquarium safer for your little fish friends. 

Envii Aquarium Equaliser contains a blend of fish-friendly natural minerals to stabilise key water parameters – it’s that safe, it can be added without removing your aquatic life from the tank!

Envii Aquarium Chlorine Klear is just as harmless and works to make water super-safe by removing toxic chlorine and chloramines. Again, this formula won’t hurt your fish and can be applied without removing them from the aquarium, causing them less stress!
