As a benefit of buying directly from Envii, we offer free delivery to the whole of mainland UK as standard. This is applicable to our entire product range, from a small packet of Sludge Klear tablets to a large container of SeaFeed Xtra.

For customers not located in mainland UK, delivery charges will be calculated and applied during the checkout process if applicable. We use a range of couriers for international deliveries to give us the ability to offer the cheapest shipping rates to you.

All orders that are ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping Methods:
• Standard Delivery (Free) – Goods will be sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48-hour service and aim to be delivered within 2-3 working days.
• Express Delivery (£3.99) – Goods will be sent using DHL on a next working day service. On the day of delivery, you will receive either an email or text from DHL to confirm the delivery time, or to re-arrange delivery.
• Other – If you require any delivery service not listed above, please get in touch with us on 01246 240880 when ordering.
All orders over 500g will be sent via a tracked service and tracking numbers will be supplied via email once the order has been shipped.

European Shipping Methods:

• Standard Delivery – At present, we are only able to offer European shipping options for orders under 2kg. These orders will be despatched via a Royal Mail Tracked and signed for service, with an estimated delivery date within 5-7 working days. Orders are despatched under DDP terms, however, some charges may apply.

International Shipping Methods:
• Standard Delivery – Goods will be sent using UPS, aiming to deliver within 3-4 working days (subject to customs clearances).
